The Private Hospital Operating Theatre Organization (PHOTO), established on July 1, 2007, with members from all 14 private hospitals operating theatres in Hong Kong as well as Day Procedure Centers. Its key objectives are to: Share the latest practices and skills in operating theatre management. Establish high standards for patient care across all members. Foster talent development within the healthcare sector. This expanded collaboration enhances the overall quality of surgical services and promotes continuous professional growth within the operating theatre community.
